Where are you from originally and how long have you lived in Morris County?
I’m originally from Huntington, New York and have lived in Morris County for 10 years.
Favorite things to do with your kids?
My favorite thing to do with my kids is play outside either kayaking, paddle boarding, or throwing a ball.
What’s one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
People would be surprised to learn that I was a professional dancer who performed with renowned dance companies around the world.
Anyone special you’d like to thank for helping you through parenthood?
I’d like to thank my wonderful husband. I am fortunate to have an extremely supportive and loving partner in this crazy whirlwind called parenting.

Yes, I am the creator and founder of StretchSource, the original stretch studio of Morris County, New Jersey. Often people ask if StretchSource is a franchise. It is not a franchise. It is a brick-n-mortar, mom and pop business, that I created from the ground up. I started in the basement of my house stretching friends and family and quickly out grew the space. I opened the StretchSource Studio on Main Street, Boonton, in November 2018. We now are able to offer both private stretch sessions and group stretch classes and have grown to a team of 3 trainers. This summer we will be offering our first official stretch certification course for fitness and wellness professionals to become certified in the StretchSource Method and spread the StretchSource Love beyond Boonton.
How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
I say every day that the StretchSource Studio is a community. Our stretches take place in an open space. Our clients are part of the StretchSource Family. My children hang at the studio when school is off. I couldn’t stretch people everyday, love what I do, help people live their best life without the support and encouragement of the greater community. Stretch training is still a novelty and therefore education and exposure is key to it reaching and helping the right people. Word of month, studio reviews on facebook and google are huge factors in how the community has helped us spread the StretchSource love and grow.
